I want to terminate my contract as I don't receive signals at my location. While getting the contract, the salesman at O2 shop told me that I will have LTE at my location. But, its "Edge" or 2G all the time and I am unable to do my university work with such a slow speed connection. Also, I can't pay 40 euros every month for such a low speed internet.

I have posted a letter to the mentioned address to cancel my contract, but got no reply.

Very disappointed with the customer service!

You cannot terminate your contract just because there is no LTE at a particular location. Have you checked with o2 to see whether there is currently a fault in your location?



How long ago did you send your letter? Which address did you send it to? It can take several weeks to deal with a request for extraordinary termination.
Yes I have checked with O2 and they don't see a fault in the location. I want to terminate because the internet does not work. I am an international student and I have to work on my projects and papers. The websites just don't open because the internet speed is too slow.



I sent the letter more than two weeks ago at: Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Numberg.



If I can't cancel it right away, I will want to change my data plan as I can't pay so much money when it doesn't get my work done.
