Dear O2 Team!

I have a problem with my DSL connection. I have tried to activate it by myself several times, but unfortunately it didn't work.

In addition, I have discovered recently that the cable connection in the basement is broken. I asked my housekeeper to fix it, but he said that he couldn't do anything.

So I don't have any opportunity to activate my DSL connection.

I would like to ask if I can cancel my contract.

we already tried to connect you via phone but unfortuanatelyt did not reach you. So please call our DSL department to make a new apointment, the technician then should be able to connect theline.

If you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does because we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

I have already called a technician. The technician has checked everything in my room and in the basement. The problem is that the cable in my house is broken. The technician said that he can't do anything in this case.

Then I asked the housekeeper, he told me that he can't help me too.

the last feedback from a technician I see is from the 2nd of November. Did you have a technician after that day in your flat or did you contact the DSL hotline after that?
