Hallo all,

I am forcing a problem with my contract.

Last month (July) I was about to cancel my contract, I asked my German friend to help me with the phone call because in my experience the phone service can not speak English at all.

And I got the answer from my friend (he is just next to me) that I had already done the cancellation, they would send a mail to me a week before the end date of contract, which is 15/08/2018.

However, I have to go to Düsseldorf for my course, and I am not in my flat during the whole August, I am not sure that if I have got the mail or not.

So I check my data today, in case that some accidents happen, and there it is...

The contract did not cancel at all.

I don´t know how to say... The O2 community is really helpful, however the customer service, like hotline etc. is really not useful at all.

Please let me know how can I, perfectly, cancel my contract.

as far as I can see you already had contact with our customer service today. The cancelation is scheduled for the 14th of September.
