Dear O2,
I canceled my contract through Mein O2 page. I called customer service and they said everything was OK, my contract was canceled.
My contract was supposed to end end of June. But I still received new bill in July, I went to the shop and asked why is that and they said that it is the final bill that I need to pay and everything else is ok. Now I received another bill?!!? Why? I've canceled my contract 2 months ago, returned the router so everything should be checked!!!!
Now my friend called to cutomer service for me and they say that there is no record of any my actions?!!!!!
And the fact that customer service says that: "We don't speak english, this is German company!" and end of the call.
I know that Germany is conservative country and running a bit behind on the online confirmation things, but as a online company I would assume cancelation would be possible online?
What am I supposed to do now?!

P.S. Just noticed that when doing it online, there is no mentioning about written confirmation mentioned?
