I ordered the "O2 DSL M Junge Leute" and today someone would come over to install it, I already got the homebox delivered earlier, I got an email saying nobody will come, but I managed to get it working with still minor problems (described below) and the email says I have to contact o2 within 10 days. But there is nowhere I can find any way to contact o2 for this, I've tried almost every possible way to contact. But didn't manage any.
Problem I still have:
There are 2 DSL boxes here and only 1 of them works, I want the one at the computer to work. But the only one that works is the one in the living room. I managed to still get an internet cable from the living room to my computer, but having an internet cable go through half of the place is not the best solution.

Why not WLAN?
All connections behind the router is customer responsibility and only one DSL router is able to work at a DSL port.

My computer cannot use WLAN, it goes on cable only. Is there a way to switch these DSL ports around so the one next to my computer works instead of the one in the living room?
It´s up to you to use a cable to move the box to another room or to connect your PC via ethernet cable.
All required cables are available in computer stores.
You can also built up a bridge to your PC:
Router - WLAN - WLAN-AP with ethernet-connector - PC

I will take a look around and see what I can do. It's only for a couple months anyways. Do you have any idea about the main issue here, contacting o2 about the internet that's already working? So that within 10 days I won't suddenly lose my internet. Can that be done through the forums here too? And how about canceling the subscription later on after a couple months (I'm on internship till the 22nd of June, that's why only a couple months).
Thanks for your help so far

Hi @Erikduss
please edit your profile and add your landline number to your information or register with your DSL phone number directly, we're then able to take a look at more details.
Regards
Yvonne

Hi@o2_Yvonne
I edited my profile with some more information, I don't have any landline telephone. I just have my mobile phone, I added this number. The reason for that is that I'm renting part of the house for the internship period, which is a couple more months. I also added my home address (from in the Netherlands), I could change this to the current address if necessary.

Moin Moin Erikduss,
some question to help you to get a wire less connection.
Does your computer have an USB Port? If yes than you could get an WiFi Dongel for very less money...
If not you could use the solution form Klaus_VoIP https://, a good working solution i use and like ist Airport Express (works even with a PC).
If you have no USB Port with the Airport Express you are able to connect also a print to the USB port, to share it with pc's.
Or for less money (with less Funktion) the TP-Link TL-WR710N.
I hope this will help you to find a wire less solution.
