I have bought Huawei Mate 20 Pro with new O2 sim. The contract was deal called Fruhlingsdeals as show in the picture. According to the deal, I should pay 39,90eur monthly. However, after I made a contract I called o2 customer support about it, they said there is a problem about my contract. Then I went to the o2 shop, where I bought made my contract, they said "Right now, there is problem that device related discount is not applied to my account because of new deals code or something. The person in o2 shop, assured that they will do everyting correct. But, now I am not in Germany and o2 charged me more than 80EUR. I am so disappointed, how a bad service. Please, help me to resolve this, it is unrealistic to buy phone amd sim for 80EUR. I am so tired bad customer service of o2. Please, don't tell me about my situation, just resolve it. I haved attached screenshot of the Deal, which was active deal when I made a new contract.

thanks for your information.



I just checked your invoice. As I see, you were charged with a one-time activation fee of 39,99 € for each contract.



In the contracts you signed, I cannot find an information that this fee should not be charged.



Therefore, I cannot offer you a discount in this case.
