I currently have the "O2 DSL S Flex", the contract expires 25.03.2019. I've tried to use MeinO2 "Jetz Verlängern" option however I get the error message:
"Es gibt leider Probleme mit Ihren Kundendaten.
Wir versuchen das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu beheben."I wanted to change the contract to: "Home M Flex 19,99€ ab 7. Monat 29,99 € mtl." however I can only seem to find the option to order it as a new package.
Can someone help me please so that I can continue with O2 without interruption?
