Change owner of contract

Hello, 

The owner of O2 contract change the O2 contract. And he put my name and give all the information about account, Address, and the O2 take from my account 30 euro for the change but the bill for march  come in the name of him not my.

    can you please explain your concern in detail?

    Some further information and explanation would be good for understanding what's your concern now.

    Is it just about the fact that o2 has charged you with the ~30€ now, and not the earlier owner of the contract?
