Hello,

I wanted to cancel my O2 DSL Contract and switch to 1und1 DSL because they offered me 25MBps Bandwidth. With O2 it's only 16 MBps possible at my flat. I sent my cancellation letter through 1und1 to O2.

I got a call from O2 about why I want to cancel all the stuff. The person offered me lower tarif (-10 euro less).

So I accepted it. But later I got email that it is minimum for 24 months!! (HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT ON PHONE). (I have recorded all the calls)

I called again to O2 that I dont want to their lower tarif offer. Today I got a email of "Änderungbestätigung".

I didn't want to change my contract why they send me this confirmation without my APPROVAL.

I have been trying from last 1 hour to reach the Kundenservice but no body responds. I want to bring my contract to "Ohne mindestlaufzeit" and cancel my contract whenever it is requested.

In worst case, I have to hire lawyer or go to Verbraucherzentral.
