Hello, Could anyone help me to know how can i change my traffic option from smart L to smart 1G?

    Hello SDiaa,

    you're talking about prepaid, right? ☺️

    Actually you should be able to change the packs that you're using online in your web portal.

    If that is not possible we can also do that for you. Just make sure that you have enough money on your card and let us know.
