For a week, many UK websites that end in ac.uk do not work anymore on my network. I try having access to this website: 
https://ble.lshtm.ac.uk/my/ 

or this one: 

University of Leicester — A Leading UK University 

But the message I get from my browsers is: 

This site can’t be reached

ble.lshtm.ac.uk took too long to respond.

They work perfectly well when I connect myself from any other network
