Dear
jack99x,
thank you for asking.
1) If you can´t come by the deregistration certificate earlier, we can not process it earlier. We will process everything as quick as possible, but I can not guarantee that the deregistration will be completed by the time of your departure.
2) If you provide the necessary information for us to comprehend your long term departure, you will only pay the contract for 3 months after the time of cancelation.
3) You will receive a separate bill for the mobile phone.
4) You will have to provide at least a conformation of your residence from your new landlord.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
Kind regards,
Ubbine

Hi
@Plinio,
technically, your contract has a runtime of 24 months, so usually, it won't end until February 2021.
In order to cancel your contract early due to moving abroad, you'll need to fill out
this form as well as the papers mentioned in that pdf, which are as follows:
- a de-registration certificate of your former (German) place of residence
- a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord)
- Your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months. The exact amount of the fee will be notified in a separate letter.
Just fill in and sign the form and send it back together with
copies of the documents required
via fax to +491805 571 766 or via mail to the following address:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg
Since you mentioned that you're already living in Portugal, please keep in mind that your contract is still active, so in case your German bank account is no longer valid, keep an eye on your bills and pay them by bank transfer.
Also, please remember that the bills from your contract cover the preceding four weeks, so there will be a final bill after your contract has ended.
Best regards,
Jan.

Ok!
We are send the documents.
would it be possible to send by e-mail, or just by letter / fax?
Thank you for the quick answer
Hi
@Plinio,
since these are documents that need to be send in as a copy directly to the respective department in Nürnberg, please send in the documents by fax or letter.
Best regards,
Jan.
