I have sent a letter to the o2 address and filled the form I was given for cancelling my contract about a month back. I also sent my deregistration confirmation as I left Germany.



I asked that I receive a confirmation by email, however I have not received any confirmation for this.



Can you please help? It was for my handy contract.

it is still in process. And one thing is still missing. It is necessary that you also hand in a registration form of your new place of residence abroad or a confirmation of your new employer.
