My mobile contract with o2 was ending on 10.2.2018. As I am supposed to leave Germany, I sent the termination letter of the mobile by postal mail  to "Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Kundenbetreuung 90345 Nürnberg" as well as faxing the same letter in the number 01805 571 766. I sent the letters on 8.11.2017 which is more than 3 months. Despite this double precaution,I did not get any confirmation letter of cancellation and when I checked today in my account and found "spätester Kündigungstermin:10.11.2018" which is totally unacceptable and annoying. I. Also, when the customer care service tried to convince me about some offers, I said that I would be leaving Germany soon and want to cancel my contract. would like you to take necessary actions to implement the cancellation.

online in your profile of your account there is not mentioned if the contract gets deactivated or not. The system always goes on counting the years and the runtime, even though there is a cancellation and a deactivation date.



We received your cancellation, and I can conform you that your contract gets deactivated at the 11th of February 2018. ☺️
