cancelled my contract, need info from the debt collector

I cancelled my contract after I "erkuendigt" from Berlin, mailing a letter your company. Unfortunately, o2 continued to withdraw funds from my account. After your company withdrew all the funds from my account, my information was sent to a debt collector. I would simply like the debt collector's information so that I can resolve the matter. My handy number was 0176XXXXXXX.

please contact the debt collector you received mail from since we are legally not allowed to give you further information regarding this matter.
