Dear o2 service person,
I have been using o2 for the past 4 years., i dont make much calls., since am a foreigner i do rely on internet alot to make calls abroad through whatsapp or messeger. The internet connection is so terrible. i even tried increasing it to 4 gb per month still worst of all. i am tired of this. i would like to quit o2 as soon as possible. i pay 40 euros per month as a basic contract pay., but, since the day i have changed the contract to 4 gb internet volume my bills are like 120 euros every month. i cannot do it anymore. i am student right now and its way more difficult for me to pay. i have been to o2 shops and they say i cannot cancel it till january 2019. but its still a year from now. how would i cancel it in the near future. Please help me quit o2 for its worst services.

the invoices were that high because of a reason.
It is because o2 couldn't charge the money from your bank account. And on the next invoice you had the entries of the month before on it again.
Right now on your invoice you have your o2 Free M (phone contract) and one o2 go (data contract).
If you do not understand anything on your invoice, or if you think there is something missing just ask.
But the most important is to pay your invoices in time, and you won't have any of these problems.
