Hello,



I have a 24 month contract with O2, which would end on September 15th, 2017.



By my understanding, I must send a cancellation letter to O2 before June 2017 to ensure that my contract does not get extended past September 2017. 



Do I still get service in June, July and August 2017? Or is my SIM card immediately deactivated in June 2017, when my letter has been received and the cancellation confirmed?



What should I do if I just do not want any more service pas September 2017?

of couse you'll also have service until your runtime end.



Just make sure that the cancellation reaches the company 3 months before that runtime end. You can send it now, just to be sure that everything reaches just in time. ☺️
