I sent a letter to inform you that I will no longer be continuing with my DSL contract after next month (ending after September) as I am moving.  I also informed that the modem will be sent once I am ready to move. I am not in the country at the moment and I received 2 calls from yourselves, I picked up but there was no response. Can you please contact me via email and let me know what's happening.
