Canceling DSL contract

Hi!

I will be leaving germany in July and thus want my last month for my DSL contract to be July. I don't have any 1 och 2 year contract holding me back, but I understand I have to send in a letter stating that I want to close my account.

When is the earliest and the latest that I can do that, and how do I do?

please excuse the late reply.

As I can see, you already cancelled your DSL contract.

We will deactivate your line on July 31st.

Hi,

Yes, I made a notice online and then I called your service line to confirm it. Is that all that needs to be done for it to cancel automatically? Like, can you see on my account that it will cancel on July 31st? (I can't access that site for unknown reasons).

I will really be leaving my apartment on July 18th, so is it okay to send the router back at that date?
