I was in Germany and signed a contract with O2 in 2011. In August of 2011, I left Germany. From that time, I have tried to cancel my contract for many times, including writing a letter to O2 by myself and asking my friend in Germany to write a letter to O2,however, the contract is still valid. As you can see, I have paid for a handy I haven't use for 5 years! Now, I'm in China and I will not go to Germany in the future. Please tell me a way to cancel this contract.
