Hi Guys, I being a customer with O2 since 2015. My current 2 year contract completed(not canceled) yesterday. I went to today to saturn(Berlin Alexandra pltz) i thought after 2 year you can get a new phone(was wrong). Im currently paying 39.99 and then the guy told me "yes you can get a new phone you will now pay 35 euro for the samsung S9+ per month" My german is not good we spoke in english, Anyway after some discussion he gave me documents, i signed for the new contract(i know it was really stupid to just trust them). I asked him should i need to pay more since i have new contract he said no. So i thought old contract is automatically invalid, when i get new contract. then he asked my Anmeldung in berlin didnt have it with me so i have to go home and bring it. When i'm back(same day) there was a different guy and he told me now you have 2 contracts(old and new one) and you have to pay for both. Then i asked him can you cancel the new contract because why should i pay for 2 contracts he said no, told him i didnt even got the phone even its still not active(asked multiple time, asked about any other possibilities, he said NO), old contract is valid one more year till 2020. And new contract will active from April for 2 years. Then since i dont have any other option, i took the phone and came home 😞. I felt like cheated same time i didnt ask the proper exact question from him. That was the story, so the question, is there any way i can cancel my new contract?
Same time i just realised after checing the website, in the site it shows me I can get the S9+ for 1 euro and monthly 39.99. But there I had to pay 49euro in the cashier. But i got the same contract for 39.99 monthly(O2 free M boost)! I really felt now cheated thats not cool!!

Hi ntwobike,
i just saw the new tariff in your customer account. Unfortunately there is no right of withdrawal like online orders or orders by phone and the shop was Saturn, not o2. Thats why I'm not able just to cancel the new contract, made by Saturn. 😞 If you cancel the old contracts, they will run for another year until the 3rd of January 2020. Is there any chance to contact Saturn again? Maybe an employee will terminate the new contract.
Best regards,
Michi

Hi I asked from saturn(via chat help) They said i have to contact the O2 since they are my contract partner not saturn. Is there are procedure for this kind of situation? I want to cancel the new contract not the old one.
I checked my contract i did it with O2 not saturn
That doesn't matter. In Germany you cannot cancel a contract which you have made in a shop.
If the contract was made online or by telephone, you can cancel the contract within 14 days after the contract has started.
But offline, you cannot cancel the contract

Hi @ntwobike ,
I regret that there obviously were some misunderstandings in the shop.
As@stefanniehaus already told you, there is no way to withdraw from your contract.
You only have the possibility to cancel the contract after 24 months.
I regret that I cannot offer you any other solution.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
