Cancel DSL Flex Contract

I want to cancel my DSL Flex Contract. Please advise what needs to be done.

I applied for DSL Flex on 12.11.2016 and today is 06.12.2016, till now the internet is not active.

I cannot wait further more to get the internet working.

Please confirm how to cancel.

I have the labels to ship back the Hardware.

By the way- wich date was the activation date for the Internet yo´ve got by letter or mail from o2 ? Was the date in the past, how is the lighting at the router ?

Hello Jogi,

Per the contract letter I was told 05.12.2016 will be the date connection will turn on!!

I kept waiting for Technician to visit until today but no one visited.

I get a message saying that connect router at 17:30 Uhr on 05.12.2016!!

No internet, No Technician!!

Nothing!!

Hi,

sometimes it is not necessery that the technican visit you at home, if this, they connect you at the box on the street.

If th router is connectetd and lit the DSL light constant ?
