Cancel DSL

Hello

I would like to cancel my DSL, because I moved to another city in Germany. At the office (before moving) I asked about cancelation and the worker told me that everything would be ok, that I could come to the local o2 office and tell that I have moved.

Should I know something else about terminating the contract? Does it work?

Hi Ivan,

there is currently no notice of cancellation of your DSL contract in my records. Therefore please send us once a written notice to our Hamburg address. Kündigung von DSL- und Festnetz-Optionen | o2 online

Alternatively, you can assign also a move for your DSL line.

Hi Christian,

I sent a letter to your customer service and I have just received a letter that o2 is not able to terminate my contract. Could you please check it. Because when I was moving I asked o2 shop in Jena and they told me that when I would move to Hamburg I could terminate contract easily.
