I want to cancel several numbers from my contract due to an error. I've been paying plans that I don't use. How can I do this?

In order to terminate your contracts, it is best to send a letter to the following address:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg
Or you could pre-register the termination of your contracts in your Mein o2 account:
Tarif & SIM-Karte --> Vertrag verwalten --> Kündigung vormerken.
After that, you'll just need to confirm the termination via phone at our hotline.
Once the expiration dates of your contracts have been confirmed, you will see the date of termination in your Mein o2 account as well as on the 2nd page of your latest bill (the date of the "Kündigungseingang").
Please keep in mind that all contracts will go on until they have reached their individual expiration date.
