hello, my dsl and phone is not working. when I try to pick up the phone it says "bitte warten sie. die verbindung wird uberpruft" and when i try to login at 192.168.1.1 i cannot access the menu, it just says "bitte überprüfen sie die verkabelung ihrer o2 homebox". i tried connecting/reconnecting the cables as you suggested but they do not seem to work. i already got the  complaint number but I cannot process it further as the hotline was in german. can you help?
