I already contacted the O2 Community but not response (Jessica and Michi). Are they really working (see subject: Billing not accordingly with what discussed in Shop)? I even posted some personal data via your e-mail not knowing that it will be on line for more than 24 hours. Really outrageous. How O2 serves his clients? Ignoring them? I will contact Schlichtungsstelle Telekommunikation der Bundesnetzagentur and make a complain about all the issues already mentioned in the first post.
Please proceed to correction.
