I signed up to an o2 contract in March, and am being billed three times a month. Once for the contract I agreed to pay, and twice more for two different customer numbers. I have not signed up for, or received SIM cards/phones for these orders, and I cannot understand why this has happened.



I have tried to ring o2 but I only get a pre-recorded message, chat to them online, but they won't help me because I would prefer to discuss this in English for clarity, and have posted in the o2 facebook help in German, and I can't even get anyone to reply to me.
