Hello,



I have received a bill from o2 DSL for July 2017, despite leaving Germany and closing my account at the end of last year. I have tried to contact o2 by phone and online chat but have had no luck.



Please could an o2 team member contact me to resolve this problem.

Perhaps they invoiced hardware that was not sent back. Could this be the case?

Sadly not, I have returned the hardware. o2 also billed me for it in the final invoice, which similarly to now, I was unable to dispute due to a lack of customer service support and ended up paying to a "debt collector" third party, hired by o2 when my time had run out.
