I have a problem . I was late with a bill one time and when i paid it i do that by bank transfer . The only problem is i check there to send the money monthly . And from march they take me the bill + this 90 euro . And they not transfer me back . Anyone can help me with this please

In January there was an outstanding payment, because the direct debit was rejected. Shortly after you transfered the oustanding payment. Since then the invoices were paid by direct debit. So far, everthing looks good on your account ☺️ In march there was only one payment for your invoice on the 7th. I can't see the 90 Euro extra, that you mentioned. Do you have another contract? Or does someone else use the bank account for another o2 contract?



Can you send me the Kundennummer thats noted on the 90 Euro payment via private message to @o2_Support?
