I was on nintendo shop of O2 and I clicked buy, and after I received the CD Key of the game and my money got out from my bank account. I don't own a Nintendo Switch. Can I get a refund?

    Hallo BeanMC,

    no, you can not get a refund. You bought an item and you payed for it. That procedure is independent of your ownership of a Nintendo Switch.
    Maybe you can find someone, that does own a Nintendo Switch and wants to have your key?
