I have requested the termination of my O2 M mobile phone contract and DSL contract on 21.03.2019 through FAX from O2 shop. I have not received any confirmation yet.
I also have my unsubscribe form by the Augsburg city, Confirmation by employer for the end of employment and my flight ticket to Home country.
My DSL Customer number: DExxxxxx66, My mobile number was: 0176xxxxx989.
Can you please confirm the contract termination?
