I sent the cancellation letter to the following address with my signature and a abmelden document expecting that this contract was going to be finished as soon as possible in February 21th 2016.

By the way the contract is still in progress. Since the day I sent the mail, my money from my bank account have kept being paid to your company



I have two measures I want you to take.



One. Cancel the contract right now.



Two. Return the money already paid since March.

Hello @jaesik,



unfortunately the Abmeldebestätigung just states that you don't live on that given adress any more, there is no more explanation on that documentfor the reason of this, lik for example you moving back to your home country.



So this document is not enough, we need some kind of confirmation that you moved to your country or the place you are working now.
