Hey O2, I really appreciate your services. But the contract terms are really sick. we cannot change it. After buying the phone for 50 Euro in monthly contract within two or three months offers are much better at lesser price. Since we cannot change the contract until we finish it. Do you really think you support all customers!? Change your terms and conditions at least after one year we can change the contract terms at least without mobile phone just the tariff prices can be changed. You will lose customers for sure if you are following this strategy. I am very much annoyed with this offer of yours. I am not in need of 4 GB internet I need just 2 GB and also I cannot change the contract. So kindly do the needful at the customers flexibility. Also know your competitors are doing good too!!

We also offer contracts with more flexbility, called Flex-Tarif. They cost 5 Euro extra, but the contract can also be cancelled within one month. Since you have a contract with a minimum contract duration of 24 months, you can can extend your contract 8 months before it ends with new conditions, which will  be in November 2018.
