150GB pack for prepaid

Hello!

I've bought, activated and charged 15 euros to a new sim card on 26th of February.
I was told by the shop staff that the promotion of free 150GB is available when you do that, however on my web account I only have 5 GB called "Überraschung 1 Monat gratis surfen" and basic "o2 my prepaid S" of 1,5GB.
How can I activate the 150GB package? Is there something more I should do?

I just saw that the 150 GB package has been added to your card by now, good to see this was solved.

      Hi @psordyl,

      you can try activating it via the Mein o2 app in case the pack itself is not shown in the web version of Mein o2.

      I bought an o2 prepaid card but did not received the 150 gb gift.

      The sim card was bought and registered after February 5th?
      You topped up your credit with a minimum of 15 Euro?
      You have book one of theses packs: o2 my Prepaid Basic or o2 my Prepaid S or o2 my Prepaid M or o2 my Prepaid L?
      The booking of one of these packages was confirmed? (You will see it in Mein o2 and you should get a confirmation by SMS too)
