Contract with O2 - HELP

where did you made your contract? online, o2 shop or on phone?
when did you get the message that your bank has rejected your contract

 

maybe a moderator can look at your order.

 

send a private message to one of the forum moderators

@o2_Stefan @o2_Matze @o2_Dzenet or whoever you want

it would help the moderators when you could send your personal infos
name, surname, adresses, birthday or whatever they need 😉

In Marienplatz, after they introduce my bank info in system, then told me that is not possible.

okay, i think you dont have a contract right now but one of the forum moderators

can try to look at your order in the system.

 

the bank account that was rejected is in germany?

- its not in germany that would be the reason 

 

do you have a german id card or a passport?

Looks like you did not pass the credit check, in German calls Bonitätsprüfung.

The credit check contains the following checks

-how long you have your bank account
-your address and how long you were living at this address
-your history of payments in the past

Etc

Since your bank account exists only 1,5 months, that could be the reason why your contract has been rejected.

Ps, what is your residence status in Germany? Do you have any Visa for e. g. study purposes? If so, when will it be expire?

If you're residence permit is not longer valid than 2 years, your contract will be also rejected

i had a look over your data. Indeed your contract was rejected because of a negative credit check. We don't have an Insight of the circumstances of that decision, sorry.

 

Maybe you should try it 2-3 months later or you buy the phone cash.
