Contract termination; poor network; insufficient tariff

Hello sir/madam, @o2-admin@o2_mars@o2_Carina‌ ‌

I am facing many problems with my network service recently.

1. My network service at my work place now is very bad. I have missed very important phone calls in the past one month.

2. My current data plan of 3GB for a month is not sufficient to my needs.

3. The mobile customer service is really helpless to me. I am an international student in Germany. I do not speak very good German. People speaking English in the customer service are very limited. I tried to get my problem solved many times in the last week and every time I am disappointed. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. I wait 30 minutes just to talk with a representative in my very limited German. Even though they connect me to someone who can actually speak in English, the call often end up in connecting me back to German speaking representative. Finally my problem is not solved again.

4. I am receiving inappropriate messages from customer service that I have not paid my mobile bill. I check every time and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I am receiving these inaccurate messages for the past two months.

I Would like to terminate my contract now as soon as possible, since i am very unhappy with the network reception and service to me.

What should I do to proceed with the termination?
