Hi O2,

I have a very serious problem with my old mobile account.

Please please take this very seriously.

Because It has been a problem since Last February 2017 and I contacted you guys many times with on phone, facebook messages and email, never solved this.

Here is the situation. 

I have a mobile account and it should close last December 2016 but it did not.

and you guys keep charging me since last February 2017. 

Please please fix that.

If you need any information for this account, please let me know.

I am really tired of this.

Please please make it never happening again.
