The seller told me I would get 2Gb monthly, bur when checking Mein O2 I see only 200 Mb available. I called the seller a few times but no one answered.

The seller told me that i could contract the All Inn S (normally 200 Mb) but due to a special offer I would get 24 months of 2Gb. The SIM card has beem activated for almost a week and I still get only 200 Mb. What should I do?

I tried calling the seler more than 30 times but no one picks@up the phone
