Surf Upgrade 500 MB nicht verlaengert

Hi, I hope you can help me.

The Surf Upgrade 500 MB pack for my my o2 Loop Smart is renewed every month on the 16th. So yesterday I put 15 Euro into my account and received an SMS as confirmation. In Mein o2, I can now see that the 14,99 Euro has been taken from my account, but that my Surf Upgrade 500 MB pack has not been renewed. Does anyone know what could have happened?

    Hi flecksie and welcome in this forum,

    I'm sure that one of our mods will say "hello" in the course of this day, have a look into the system and fix the problem, if necessary. Be a little bit patient, maybe the mods are quite busy.

    The problem has however solved it self in the meantime, as with quite some delay, the pack has now been renewed ☺️
