Saturn Daten Tarif Flex 1GB Cancellation

Dear o2 team,

I have bought a new data plan (Daten-Tarif Flex 1GB) with a new sim card from Saturn, Munich. I choosed this plan because it was written on that "contract free". However, each month 10€ charging my bank account. I do not want to renew my data plan automatically. I went to saturn and an o2 shop in the city center but I did not get any help about this issue. Could you please provide me a solution.

Dear gnoktahan,

 

I just checked your customer data. Your tariff does not have a minimum duration time, but does renew itself every month. This means if you wish to cancel/deactivate your contract in favour of a prepaid card you can do so via a written cancellation.

 

If you choose to cancel, please send your cancellation to:

Hi

 

you have a postpaid contract... that menas, if you don't terminate the contract by yourself (it must be in written form), it will be extended automatically for one month... and you have to pay. 

 

 

I would suggest to use a prepaid card.
