I did not understand the recent bill. Could you please explain me the package so called 'surf upgrade S'. I do not activate it. How could you activate such kind of packages without intimation? I am tired of your customer service. Hope I will get the best reply from you as soon as possible. RegardsSatya

Hi Satya, 

the surfupgrade S was activated right from the start of your contract to increase your data volume. At all time there was a 100% discount on it -> Rabatt auf monatliche Grundgebühr Surf Upgrade S.
