Problem with Bill

Hello.

 

First of all, sorry for writing in English.

 

I just checked my mobile bill and found out some packs are added which I didn't do that.

 

Napster Music Flat and EA Game Flat.

 

Could you please check it for me or tell me what I should do to investigate?
