O2 took some bill from my konto

Hallo,

I don't know to which discussion forum should i go, so i just write it here. 2 days ago i was checking my email, and there was an email from o2, said that o2 will take 15 euro from my konto for this month. I was schock, i'm using prepaid paket smart M bonus. I reload my guthaben not so regullary, and i always bought it in penny or netto. So i don't know for what is this bill. And how is o2 know my konto. I started to check the emails and my kontoausszug, and literally o2 already took 15 euro from my konto since april this year. I know i'm to dumb, i should realize it sooner.

I guess o2 know my konto from my last contract. I had contract for 2 years since 2014, and already ended in february-march this year (that's why i'm using prepaid now).

Can someone help me? I want to know what for is this bills 15 euro. I never feel to pay for anything to o2, because i'm using prepaid

    I guess you've activated any kind of monthly package or something like that.

    I'm not so familiar with prepaid @o2, but I suppose there is an automatic recharge activated in your account.

    Since you already were a postpaid customer, o2 took the bank details from the former contract (it's only my opinion, but I'm not really sure).
