Hallo,

On the 9th of August I have signed a contract at O2 shop in Mannheim and I waited for 2 days but the SIM card was not activated. On the 11th I have visited the shop again and the person who work there has contacted the costumer service and they infomrmed her that the contract didn't go through the system and that I have to make a new contract. I have then signed for a new contract and they told me that there was a problem with the first contract so it's not valid any more. The second contract was activated on the same day and everything was good with it. BUT BUT and BUT, in the 17th of August I started getting emails regarding the first contract (the had problem and didn't go through the system and can't be activitated) that it has been activated on the 17th of August and now I have 2 contracts. I have visited the shop several times and they contacted the costumer service and they told the person in the shop that the contract will be deactivated and I don't have to pay anything but I still getting emails regarding the first contract, why?  I even didn't use the SIM card.
