NO DATA IN AUSLAND

PHP FAILURE? -  DATA IN AUSLAND - NO 3G/LTE FOR MONTHS! 


Ok, let me try to be nice because i am extremely frustrated with the (non english speaking) German customer service from the O2 hotline. 

Since beginning of summer, work has brought me to Spain and since then i have not been able to activate my 3G/LTE.

I tried everything and i have been speaking about this issue since the day i arrived! 



First it was told: it was just "a contract update" for international data usage outside Germany. I had to Upgrade my GIG package. I updated and nothing changed.



Your hotline then told me to order a new multi-card to solve this issue! 

Please note: "Multi-card could only be send by post and to be activated in Gemany"

So that’s what i did - I booked a return flight ticket to Berlin to activate my new multi-card and reset my settings and phone.

In Germany everything seemed to be working but when back in Spain it obviously again didn't work! 



After that i called a trillion times over and over again and discussed, complained and asked for answers?

One of your agents said there was a bigger problem iand that this has noted and case would become priority within 48hrs.

Another agent said she understood my frustration and said my ticket would be answered within 24hrs. 

I waited, called again, just to found out the tech dept closed the case without solving it or contacting me.  



By now i don't know anymore what to do and i am still here until November. 

I am thinking of just ending my contract. 



Can somebody help me here?
