Neu Kunde - Samsung S9 with dual Sim

Hallo,

I have purchased a new contract with O2 and using a phone with dual SIM.
The second SIM is a India SIM which I need during my business travel.
The phone says that there is a SIM Network lock when I try to use the second SIM. Can you please help so that I can have both SIMs working.

made one 10 mins and then a 5 mins calls from local germany number to Germany numbers. Restart with international SIM as slot1 and restart again with both SIMs. It worked finally. It was a Samsung region lock.. nothing to do with o2.
