napster music and EA games

Last month I asked to deactivate stupid EA games and napster music from my bill but it again appear on this month cycle. This is very disappointing to know these hidden bills are never explained when we first take the new contract. This is cheating with costumers. These EA games and napster music is continuously coming on our bill amount since we purchased a new contract in august. My money should be credited back into my account otherwise I will take legal steps.

I just checked your account and your invoices. Everything is correct.

The EA Games Flat and the Napster Music Flat got deactivated on the 12th of December. For both of your numbers.

But until the 11th of December you have to pay for it because it was active.

Just check your invoice and you will see this:
