My old pre-paid number still is activated?

Dear O2 team,

I just recently received an email referring to my old number (a pre-paid card ) suggesting a new Tarif and upgrades. I am surprised that I received this message as almost two years ago I changed my contract to a monthly one and with a new number (I requested a deactivation at the time)

Could you please assist me on this issue?

The mail is related to the maintenance. :)

Hi!

You have access to "Mein o2"?
You can see there your tariff or do you remember it?
The card is still active?

From Saturday to Sunday there was maintenance and the mail could have been sent by mistake.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I know the tarif for that card was: o2 Loop Smart.

I received the email with my name and the name of Tarif.

I have Mein O2, only can see my current mobile contract and DSL contract.

So you are suggesting, this is only a bug?
