How to inform o2 about number porting?

An o2 employee here in the forum can also grant the release of your mobile phone number for MNP.

The following things are important:
a) To be able to port your mobile number to another provider, you must have 24.95 Euro in your account as a balance.
b) Your data (name, date of birth) must be identical with o2 and your new provider.

Note that after porting, your o2 card will be disabled immediately.

your prepaid number has now been enabled to be ported to your new provider. Please note this is being charged with 24,95 €, meaning these funds have to be available on your SIM.

Hi,
On my account the balance is 49,93 € as now. It will be chgarged with 24,85 €. What will happen with the rest of my ballance?
