How to change O2 Contract

Hi,

 

My mobile contract is due for renewal (end of term is 22.11.2017), I went to a O2 shop to change my contract to tariff "S", they said it’s not possible to change it to "S" only options are M and higher. 

Pls let me know how could i change, tried calling hotline, but they don't speak English and transferred to another agent where waiting was endless. is there a mail id or hotline in english to call?

Unfortunatey the people in the shops are not always right. May also have been a misunderstanding.

Prolonging your contract's term, you can change into any currently offered tariff. A contract prinipally can be prolonged after 21 months from its beginning.
